Alison Maddaugh | BCSLA, CSLA | Landscape Architect
Alison has played a central role in many of our most complex and challenging projects. Deeply committed to the quality of the public realm, she integrates her research in outdoor play, training in aesthetics, and extensive plant knowledge to generate dynamic and engaging environments. Alison is a proficient project manager, using generative processes that build on collective skill and vision, while ensuring that broader project aims are preserved throughout the design and construction process. She has been with space2place since 2008.
Alison graduated from UBC with a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts, earning scholarship awards for each degree. She has furthered her design studies in Sweden and the Netherlands. Her work has contributed significantly to many award-winning projects at space2place.
